Make plans now to attend the 2016 Public Safety Day on Saturday, October 8, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.  The Belleville Police Department, Fire Department, and EMS, along with representatives from Justice for a Cure, the Dane County Bomb Squad, and other local agencies, will be there.  There will be a bouncy house for the kids and a K-9 demonstration is planned.  Refreshments will be provided while supplies last.  Other Safety Day events will be announced soon.

<strong>Thursday, September 29: </strong> 7:00 p.m., Homecoming Pep Rally.
<strong>Friday, September 30: </strong> 2:15 p.m., release for Homecoming Parade. 2:30 p.m. Homecoming Parade begins. 7:00 p.m. Varsity football vs Cambridge.
<strong>Saturday, October 1: </strong> 8:00 p.m.-Midnight, Homecoming Dance. The theme is “The 90s,” and the Grand March will be held at 9:00 p.m.

The average 50-year-old is taking three prescription medications on a regular basis, according to AARP. And the number of prescription medications increases with age. Alongside this widespread use of prescription medications, is a growing concern that many people aren’t taking their medicines in a way that will help give them the most benefit.

The Swiss Church Cemetery has been in existence for over 150 years and is open to anyone regardless of religious affiliation. The cemetery is solely maintained by Swiss United Church of Christ. Financing for cemetery maintenance and required projects comes from the sale of plots and perpetual services.
Over the years expenses have continued to increase, but the Swiss Church Cemetery Committee has done its best to keep plot and service prices low and affordable to accommodate the needs of our community and its loved ones.
