The Care Net Pregnancy Center of Green County is holding an “All-You-Can-Eat” Spaghetti Supper Fundraiser on Monday, October 3, 2016, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at the Hope Community Center, 2902 13th Street, Monroe. Tickets are $7.00 for adults, $4.00 for children 4-12 years old, and children under 4 are free.
The meal will include all-you-can-eat spaghetti, bread sticks, lettuce salad, beverages and homemade desserts. Vegetarian sauce and carry-outs will be available. Tickets will be available at the door the night of the supper.

The Wildcat Cross Country team has had an aggressive week of racing. Belleville hosted two meets earlier last week, the Belleville Invitational and the Capitol Conference Challenge.
After a rainy weekend, the course was damp for the invite and the Cap Challenge, which posed minor problems for runners. Noelle Maire took first for the Belleville Invite, followed by her varsity teammates Kalin O'Rourke, Alexis Walker, Mili Julian, Angelina Parisot, Emma Veeneman and Clarice Loeffelholz.

All of Belleville’s varsity players saw time on the volleyball court in the win against Cambridge on September 22nd. The Wildcats beat the Bluejays in three sets, 25-15; 25-21; 25-15.
Krista Diaz had seven kills and nine digs for the Wildcats. Rachael Heittola ended the game with five kills and six blocks. Grace Schulting had three aces and ten digs. Allison Kowalski had two aces and ten assists. Jade Halvensleben had two aces. Samantha Trainor had ten assists.

The Sugar River soccer team traveled to Wisconsin Dells on September 20th and easily won. The final score was 4-0, with all of their goals scored in the first half of the game.
Scoring first for Sugar River was Nick Fahey, assisted by Ezkiel Noriega. Less than ten minutes later Brock Kelly scored on a penalty kick. Noriega assisted Kelly with the third goal at the 34th minute. Kelly, assisted by Jaden Kreklow, scored the fourth goal for the team at the 43rd minute.
Cole Myers had two saves during the game as goalkeeper.
