Shopping Online?  Don't Gift Wrap Your Info for a Scammer

Holiday shopping is an increasingly digital affair, with 46% of browsing and buying expected to take place online this year (National Retail Federation).  Online shopping is quick and convenient, but it does provide openings for fraud.  The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection advises consumers to watch out for traps left by cybercriminals looking to empty your wallet while you fill your cart.

New Glarus Music in the Park

An Open Letter to Interested Citizens,
Once again, we are excited to announce the grant we have received for three concerts during the summer of 2016. This grant will allow us to offer concerts by Mad City Jug Band on July 10; First Brigade Civil War Band and Mr. and Mrs. Lincoln on July 24; and on August 14, MAUI (Madison Area Ukulele Initiative). We are grateful for the overwhelming support of this project and look forward to weather that will allow us to sit outdoors in the Village Park of New Glarus to enjoy the music that these groups will perform.

Thank you for Supporting Belleville Bobcat Youth Football!

Editor,
The Belleville Bobcat wreath sale had another great year thanks to the people of Belleville and surrounding communities. Our top sellers for the 2015 year were Devin Gratz, Nathan Meier, Royce Ranguette and Davis Richter – all of whom exceeded $300 in sales.
We want to extend a big thank you to everyone who purchased a wreath to help support the Youth Football Program. It is because of your help that our program can keep costs down and involve so many young players.

More Road Rally Teams and Updates

Barb has finished calculating, but what we haven't finished is getting all of our 'ducks' in a row. This means we are still very busy and want to make sure we have all our people listed that we want to thank, and all the details so we can properly tell the story. Life has been very busy for the both of us so please be patient and we will have the final article for you next week with results and other tidbits of rally stories!
