Seniors need transportation for many reasons. Mainly to get where they need to go, however it may be because they no longer drive, they need help in accessing services, and even because they want or need socialization. In rural Green County, seniors who don’t drive may find themselves isolated and disconnected from the communities where they have lived and worked for many years. Some seniors even say, “If you limit your driving, you limit your life.” We are here to help!

MYHA is sponsoring a try hockey event. If you’ve ever dreamed about being a hockey player, let our experienced coaches introduce you to the great sport of hockey.
Don’t know how to skate? No worries! Our coaches will have you skating in no time. Already have some skating skills? Let us build on your existing skills and give you the hockey fundamentals. Equipment, skates, and helmets are available. We look forward to seeing new faces to try hockey! All boys and girls are invited to try hockey.  Come 15-30 minutes prior to be fitted for equipment. 

The Monticello volleyball team lost their first round regional game against Johnson Creek on October 18th, 3-1.
Courtney Kammes, a key player for the Ponies, was injured during the first few plays and the Ponies never really recovered.
The Ponies battled back to win the third set, but lost the fourth; had they won the fourth, it would have sent the match to a decisive fifth set.
“Good season, Ponies!” said Coach Scott Smice.

In the WIAA Regional game played against Cambridge/Deerfield at Reddan Park on October 20th, the Sugar River Raiders soccer team was victorious, winning 3-1.
Jaden Kreklow scored the first goal of the game, assisted by Jack Gentilli, in the first half. Less than ten minutes later, Jack Gentilli, assisted by Kreklow and Connor DeLorme, scored the second goal. Cambridge/Deerfield scored near the end of the first half.
In the second half, Gentilli scored the third goal, assisted by Brock Kelly.
Goalkeeper Cole Myers had two saves during the game.
