Capitol Conference 2017 Boys Soccer All Conference and Player of the Year

The Capitol Conference is proud to announce their 2017 Boys Soccer All Conference and Player of the Year Selections.
Sugar River’s Brock Kelly was named a 1st Team Forward, along with Joan Ayala-Carpentiero of Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld and John Wilke of Lake Mills.
Named a 1st Team Midfielder was Jared Widish of Sugar River. Other Midfielders were Austin Wolfe and Griffin Parks of Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld, Noah Mock, Lake Mills, Zach Wilfong, Cambridge/Deerfield and Alex Lawrence, Watertown Luther Prep.
Connor DeLorme, Sugar River, was named as a 1st Team Defender, along with Mike Wilke, Lake Mills, Grady Gieshirt, Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld and James Nitz, Watertown Luther Prep.
Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld’s Carson Hughes was named 1st Team Keeper and 2017 Capitol Conference Boys Soccer Player of the Year.
Sugar River’s Jaden Kreklow and Jack Gentilli were named 2nd Team Forwards, along with Connor Murphy, Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld, and Zach McManamy, Lodi.
Justin Knoebl, Sugar River, was named as a 2nd Team Midfielder, along with Tim Prosek, Lodi, Wills Manning, Cambridge/Deerfield, and Curtis Young, Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld.
2nd Team Defenders include Ethan Clary, Lodi, Camden Brown, Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld, and Ethan Wilder, Dodgeland/Hustisford.
Carson Galla, Cambridge/Deerfield, was named 2nd Team Keeper.
Honorable Mention Forwards include Andrew Nebel, Cambridge/Deerfield, Theo Tegaard, Lake Mills, Ian Vanderkooi, Lodi, Justin Schroeder, Watertown Luther Prep, Brett Schwantes and Alex Hornecke, Lakeside Lutheran, and Nick Blome, Dodgeland/Hustisford.
Honorable Mention Midfielders include Dane Nesheim, Wisconsin Heights/Barneveld, Sam Van Valin, Cambridge/Deerfield, Jerry Guardado, Lake Mills, Matt Collins, Lodi, Aiden Hill, Alexander Heiman and Isaias Santos, all of Watertown Luther Prep, Griffin Torgerson and Ryane Leon Peralta of Lakeside Lutheran, Alex Watrud of Columbus and Nep Vitales of Wisconsin Dells.
Sugar River’s Devin Brown was named an Honorable Mention Defender. Joining him on the list are Ben Incha, Cambridge/Deerfield, Cole Schmidt, Lake Mills, Devin Robertson, Lodi, Daniel Nitardy, Watertown Luther Prep, Skyler Christianson and Chris Schwantes, Lakeside Lutheran, and Caroline Pakos, Wisconsin Dells.
Sugar River’s Tyler Boeck was named an Honorable Mention Keeper, as was Josiah Mittelstadt of Watertown Luther Prep and Ben Fish of Wisconsin Dells.
