Rolling Pin Bake Shop Open for Business in Belleville at Library Park on Saturdays

Tanya Liter and Bill McKnight, owners of the Rolling Pin Bake Shop in Fitchburg, are looking to expand their presence outside the Madison proper. So, Judy Bacha approached Tanya about testing the Belleville market as an option.
In their brainstorming session, Tanya agreed to provide her Russian, European and American baked goods in a Farmer’s Market venue each Saturday morning throughout the spring, summer and fall.
The hours of operation will be 8:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The market will be located in Library Park, weather permitting. During inclement conditions, the market will set up at 2 West Main Street, Suite 103.
The market will feature breakfast danish, muffins, turnovers, fruit filled puffs, multiple varieties of breads, cookies and made from scratch dessert items.
