<strong>University of Iowa Announces Spring 2019 Dean’s List Honorees</strong>
More than 5,700 students at the University of Iowa were named to the UI’s Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester. Undergraduate students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the College of Engineering, and the Tippie College of Business who achieve a grade point average of 3.50 or higher on 12 semester hours or more of UI graded course work during a given semester or summer session and who have no semester hours of “I” (incomplete) or “O” (no grade reported) during the same semester are recognized by inclusion on the Dean’s List for that semester. <strong>James Chenoweth</strong>, New Glarus, College of Engineering, and <strong>Leah Blask</strong>, Belleville, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, both earned a spot on the list.

Iowa State University Announces Spring 2019 Dean’s List</strong>
Approximately 9,000 Iowa State University students have been recognized for outstanding academic achievement by being named to the spring semester 2019 Dean’s List. Students named to the Dean’s List must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours of graded course work. Students from our area that earned a spot on the Dean’s List are <strong>Britney E. Markhardt</strong>, Belleville, Community and Regional Planning; and <strong>Annie R. Butler</strong>, New Glarus, Horticulture.
