Reminder of Grant Deadline

The New Glarus Community Foundation and New Glarus Excellence in Education (EIE) components of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc., is now accepting grant applications. Projects that serve the greater New Glarus community and the New Glarus School District area are eligible.
<strong>The application deadline is Saturday, October 15, 2016.</strong>
Projects may include enhancement of parks and public spaces, historic and cultural preservation, youth activities and facilities, education, the arts, and health and human services. Applications are accepted from non-profit organizations only. Requests from individuals for personal projects or needs are not allowed under the federal tax laws.
<strong>The application forms are available online at www.cfsw.org. Applications must submitted be using the online application form, no later than 11:59 p.m., October 15, 2016. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered. Mailed, emailed and faxed applications are not accepted. </strong>Grantee will be notified and grants awarded during a November reception.
The New Glarus Community Fund and Excellence in Education Funds are components of the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, Inc., which is a tax-exempt public charity.
