Commander Richard Hardyman of Duppler-Smith Post #460 American Legion, Belleville, recently presented a Blue Star Banner to Patrick and Cristina Varney, parents of Tyler M. Varney. Tyler is currently serving in the Marine Corps stationed in San Diego, CA.
