Home ›Belleville Village-Wide Community Clean Up
Village of Belleville residents have a unique opportunity to de-clutter or just join their neighbors to wrap-up Spring cleaning together. The next Community-Wide Clean-up will begin on Wednesday, June 23rd!
This is the time to place items that do not fit in you trash cart at the curb. The Village’s contracted waste and recycling hauler, Pellitteri Waste Systems, will dispose of items at no additional cost to residents.
Residents are asked to place items at the curb no later than 6:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 23rd. Pellitteri staff will plan their special pick-up routes very early Wednesday; then crews will pick up most items on the same day. If needed, the crew will return on Thursday to finish.
This particular event is for Village residents only and does not include commercial or industrial items. Big household items, such as chairs, couches, etc.. are among the acceptable items for removal. Please place small items (50 lbs or less) in trash bags. Reusable containers or cardboard boxes are discouraged.
While most bulky household items may be set at the curb, not all items are eligible to be picked-up.
Those who have items for disposal are encouraged to visit the “Events/Other Events” page on the Pellitteri website to find further instructions and a detailed list of allowable items, www.pellitteri.com.
If you have further questions, you may contact Pelliterri staff directly at (608) 257-4285 or email info@pellitteri.com.
Happy cleaning!
